Join in Studio Upstairs ‘From Sound to Image’ workshops in September
Do you like music and art? Join in our 6-week drop in workshop sessions to develop your creative skills by responding visually (through painting, drawing, collage and clay) to music in real time. We will be using different types of music as a prompt to explore our memories, hopes, fears and expectations in a rich and open atmosphere. No previous experience is needed only an interest in art and music and the desire to work in a creative, empathic environment.
The sessions will be delivered by Benjamin Prosser, a London based Art Therapist, Artist, Musician and Writer. He explained: “on each session will link the energy of sound and vision in order to provide a fruitful basis for developing creative abilities, a deepened internal and external experience of the shared space and also of interpersonal connection through the making of artwork together and discussion.”
